Studio Owners only (no one else)  may log into the  Studio online registration form 24/7  to view their own Studio Line up and in addition see the entire Show Line Up of all entries from other studios in the show.

Performers, Parents  will find their general show schedule on the Dates/Locations page.  Simply click the show of your choice to read important details about the show.

Parents or Students seeking more info on times, schedule,  directions should  communicate with their dance studio owner, not the dance competition.

We regret that we can not accept phone calls or emails from students, parents or the general public during the busy show season. All questions pertaining to the event  should be directed to your Studio Owner, who in turn will contact us.

Approximately 14 days prior to the show, the program book is final & the schedule is set, sent to the printer.

Changes, (such as an add on, scratch, birthdate) after the schedule is set, (if we can make them) is subject to a typesetting and administration charge of $20 per entry.

Dressing Room space opens 7:00am

Solos 8:00am to 10:00am by youngest thru oldest age division.

Duo/Trios are next, with Groups, Lines, Classes in afternoon with Production being last unless we can accommodate a special request due to costume changes.

Should you need to perform earlier or later on show day due to costume changes, providing it is not a burden to other studios, staff, the stage manager will adjust your time right then  at the show.

Please email in your request well ahead of time. Then, on show day, arrive early to  check in with the stage manager reminding them of your needs.  The stage manager is  located in the stage wings.

All studio directors must check in with the stage manager and  have acts be on deck at least 10 min before your performance time.

All Awards are held for all performances at the conclusion of the competition.
